: (1) Workers can accumulate home leave up to ninety days and sick leave up to forty-five days.
(2) If the worker is not in service due to any reason or if he dies or for his accumulated home leave and sick leave, he or his family member will get a lump sum amount which will be at the rate of the last basic salary.
(3) Workers who accrue more leave than the period mentioned in sub-section (1) shall receive an amount at the end of each year at the rate of their basic wages for such excess period of leave.
